Before Your First Class


  • Please contact Coach Jon to let him know of your intent to come
  • Please come 10-15 minutes early to your first class to complete the registration form
  • Please wear loose, comfortable workout clothes. We suggest knit pants, t-shirt (long or short sleeve), and tennis/running shoes.
  • Please bring a beach towel or yoga mat for outdoor seated stretching exercises
  • Depending on the weather you may wish to apply sun screen or insect repellent for outdoor practice
